Pick-by-light assembly station

• Assembly station with an integrated pick-by-light system to minimise errors and reduce cycle times
• Picking from the back of the station
• Sensors and actuators record the quantities and sequence the process, controlled by STE software
• Testing of the assemblies as well as a final test to check the function and correctness of all components can be integrated (vision tests, electrical tests)
• Pick-by-light industrial screwdriver to ensure the correct mounting with respect to the screw position, torque and quantity of screw fittings
